A boutique winery located on the hillside edges of the Beamsville Bench, Organized Crime farms their land themselves and their production volumes are purposely small. All their wines are hand-crafted from vineyard to barrel. Wondering about their name? It was inspired by two quarrelling Mennonite churches.

- Artisanal Gelato – Small-batch, Italian-style gelato crafted in-house with real ingredients (Gluten-free and dairy-free options available).
- Affogato: A scoop of artisanal gelato “drowned” in hot espresso. This option can be purchased at Casa Toscana’s booth for $4.00 additional dollars.
