How much do tickets cost?

Graze the Bench tickets are $79.95 CAD plus HST.

What does my Graze the Bench ticket include?

Your Graze the Bench ticket includes access to 7 wineries, live music performances at each location, a commemorative stemless wine glass, plus three tokens that can be redeemed for food and wine.

Where do I find my ticket?

If your tickets are purchase prior to May 1st, your physical ticket will be mailed to the shipping address provided by the purchaser. Please carefully review your shipping address to ensure it is correct before submitting.

If you purchase your ticket following May 1st, you may pick up your physical ticket at Guest Services (5684 King St, Beamsville) on the event day.

Please note that your order confirmation email from Eventbrite is NOT your ticket. You must present your physical ticket to attend Graze the Bench.

Where do we park?

There is limited parking at each winery and there is also parking at Guest Services (St. John School – 5684 King St) and nearby parking lots. We always encourage carpooling and responsible transportation – see more info on our partners in responsible fun.

How much is a shuttle pass?

Shuttle passes are $10 CAD + HST and are valid for one person. Shuttle passes are valid for one event day only. 

How much are additional food and drink tokens?

Additional tokens are $10 CAD (tax inclusive), and can be purchased at each winery with cash or card. 

What are ticket limits for this event?

A maximum of 12 tickets can be purchased per person.

The maximum group size is 24 guests. Groups larger than 24 guests will not be permitted to enter a single winery together (can be split across two or more properties). 

Do I have to bring my own glass? 

Nope! Your Graze the Bench ticket includes a commemorative, stemless wineglass that you can use throughout the event.

How should I plan my day?

You can structure your day however you’d like! Some people stay at one winery for hours, while others try to hit all 7. There’s no right or wrong way to Graze! 😉

Will there be vegan and gluten-free options?

Is this a dog-friendly event?

Unfortunately, pooches are not able to attend Graze the Bench. Service animals are permitted.

Is this a 19+ event?

We strongly discourage minors from attending this event. This event is a wine festival and intended for guests over the age of 19.

When do the shuttles run?

Shuttles start at Guest Services (St. John School) at 11:45am and run until 5:30pm. Shuttles run a continuous loop around the wineries throughout the day. The bus route is as follows: Guests Services (St. John School), Peninsula Ridge, Rosewood, Thirty Bench, Domaine Le Clos Jordanne, Hidden Bench, Fielding, Organized Crime.

Is this an accessible event?

We recommend that guests with mobility aids purchase a shuttle pass with their event tickets for ease of transit between winery locations. Please note, however, that there is uneven terrain on some winery driveways, in vineyards, etc.

Are there planned rain dates for this event?

Graze the Bench is RAIN OR SHINE! Make sure you check the forecast prior to the event day and dress appropriately for the weather. If it’s looking cloudy, we recommend bringing along rain ponchos or an umbrella. If it’s clear skies, make sure you remember your sunscreen!

I bought tickets and can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?

We unfortunately do not offer refunds.
